Just beyond the fenced yard, a short 2-minute stroll down a private forest path leads to TUSQUITTEE Creekside, our favorite corner of Sacred Waters.

Inspired by local Cherokee folklore, TUSQUITTEE means "Where Water Dogs Laughed," a fitting name for this peaceful stretch of creek where dogs splash, firelight flickers beneath the trees, and the sounds of moving water invite you to slow down.

Guests have access to the entire property except the garage, and hallway bathroom closet, which is used for the owners’ personal storage.

We are off-site, so message us through the app if you need anything.

✅ Guest Verification & Protection

To comply with local regulations and ensure a secure stay, all guests are required to complete a verification process via Truvi prior to arrival.
Process: Truvi will contact you via email/text. Please complete this early for a seamless check-in.

✅Damage Protection: You will have two options to choose from:

1️⃣$500 damage waiver ($35 non-refundable fee).

2️⃣$500 hold on your credit card ($10 non-refundable fee).

🎂Age: By booking, you confirm all guests are 25+ years old (unless accompanied by a parent/guardian).

🔎Paperwork: Please review house rules. A simple lease agreement may be required before check-in.

🎥Security: For your safety, the property features exterior security cameras. No parties allowed.

👕Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left behind, so please do a final sweep!

✅ Pond & Landscape:

We have a beautiful creek just a 2-minute walk down the wooded path where kids and dogs are welcome to splash, play, and throw rocks or sticks. To help us protect our pond and landscaping, please keep people and pets out of the pond and avoid throwing anything into it.
